NanoHive

Description:

NanoHive is a fast-paced top-down shooter playing out inside of a human body. You are the Operator of a high-tech hive of nanobots with only one goal in mind, eradicating all the pesky bacteria and viruses as fast as possible.

Go deeper and deeper as you explore a whole other world inside the human body. Grow your hive of nanobots as you take on bigger and bigger foes.

Goal:

Eradicate all bacteria and viruses to advance to the next body.

Controls:

The hive follows your mouse cursor.

Left-click to shoot a hive robot where the cursor is.

Tap Right-click to activate a booster at the expense of a nanobot (up to a maximum of 4).

Hold Right-click to make the hive move in one direction while being able to aim your shots.

Hover over the hive to stop it.

Middle-mouse-button/Tab to cycle through the minimap zoom levels.

Escape/P to pause the game.

R to restart the level.

The original version of the game was developed in 42 hours as part of Create Jam Spring 2021.
